The CRM Activity Report compiles all customer relations management data for a specified customer into one report, organized by CRM categories. The report provides a complete, up-to-date picture of the interaction that currently exists for that customer.

Customer Order Delivery Performance
The Customer Order Delivery Performance Report allows management to measure and report on customer delivery performance in order to improve on-time delivery to customers. The report summarizes shipment deliveries as defined by three categories: on time, early, or late.

Demo Explanation

These sample reports include purchase order, sales order, rolling invoice, CRM recap, and order delivery performance. With some minor changes, this report pack can also work against an existing Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 3.0 environment.
